I recently got mine 4 weeks ago. It took 4 weeks from when our broker submitted full app. At first we were told 2 weeks but then it went to four.
Apart from the wait gotta say they happened to be spot on!0 -
Last I checked it was 18 working days from being sent to offer to actually being offered.
Why use Aldermore when buying a repo, its a very time sensitive purchase, didnt you have any other options?I am a Mortgage Adviser

We've just received our offer from Aldermore. Pleasantly surprised, we were expecting 4-5 weeks and received the full offer in less than 3 weeks.0

Dear
Further to our conversation I can confirm that this case is due to be processed around the 12th September. The case was placed in the queue on the 19th August and is currently sat within our service level of 18 working days.
