What changes?
If you need a new offer then its currently taking about 11 working days to issue them after they have reviewed the case.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I dont think its a new offer as they valued the house at 115 and we were buying it for 115 but some one else made an offer so we increased to 117 so we just want them to change the purchase price as we arnt borrowing any more of them0

The solicitor doesnt accept the offer we get. They get a different version of it which (i only found out on friday) gets posted to th solicitor, it can be emailed but that is not done as standard.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. New copy0 -
So do you think we will have to wait 11 days for this new form0
-
No, 11 days for the new offer to reflect £117k unless you get someone in a good mood for you to q jump.0
-
Bit confused so i will have to wait for a new offer its not an offer as we are borrowing the max we can so only increasing the purchase price we are paying the extra in deposit0
-
We had a change of property price (and address) on an offered case last week and got the new offer within 48 hours, although we did chase 4 times a day.
Their rack response is the usual time frame although if pushed they can and do move as an underwriter has already agreed.
Most people are always reducing price post offer, rather than increase though so they should offer quickly if you push..
Good luckI am a Mortgage Broker
