    5.Even if you give me those credits I don't need more make up, I want the skin care I ordered in my missing box!


    My March box turnd up minus the Monuspa moisturiser so I emailed them and "Oliver" said sorry and that he'd send it straight out (March 11th). Never got it, and when I replied to the previous support call asking where it was, "Oliver" then said was I missing my box and that he'd check the warehouse.

    I've decided I'm opting for the konjac sponge (worth £7.99) & the scentered therapy balm (worth £14.50). What about everyone else? :)

    I skip the box, this month. It was a little disappointing compare to the February one.

    They don't promise to give us tracking or posting information so I wouldn't personally insist on that. Did you check their website for an email address? They should have something there. I would email them again and ask them what they have done because you haven't received anything and ask maybe a refund as you may not receive what you initially ordered... Good luck!

    They have only contact form on their site, where always reply some "Oliver"... but he is not supportive at all! So sorry, that I made a full year subscription :(
    The other annoying thing is their FB page... I believe they have a lot of unhappy customers, because there is no option to post and if you comment on their post, they deleted it immediately.

    How did you pay for your subscription - could you complain to your credit card / PayPal and get a refund?

    They don't have option for PP payment :(
    I paid in December, so I guess my bank will not be able to refund.

    Morning does anyone know when payments are taken for birchbox and GlossyBox please? I was expecting today but nothing has been taken

    Did anyone get the free pink parcel? I never got mine so I cancelled my subscription its a shame really because in a was going to keep that one going too

    I think I'll re-activate my subscription and go for the konjak sponge and the Tiny Bees set.

    I wasn't sure what a konjac sponge was, so googled it and it sounds good, worth a try I suppose!

    Managed to get my first two choices (above), so reactivated my subscription. :)

    I've missed this little box, I haven't received it for months now, the items just haven't been that good. Hopefully the choices are going to improve again.
