I've tried logging in to new site but says email/password not recognised. I'm not sure if I'm typing in incorrect details or if they've deleted any lapsed subscribers.

Have any other lapsed subscribers managed to log in to the new site please?

Also has anyone found February's shortlist yet please?

It's let me log in but I had to reset my password. I was sure my password was already the one that I chose to reset it to, but maybe not?

I think the items on the front page are meant to be Febuarys items? Although it's hard to make out what some of them are.

How do you get the single Love Me Beauty box? I can only see subs for 3 month etc. Do you have to be a new customer?

Also, anyone who reactivates their You box sub through the email sent out will also get a neroli Elastiziser in their Feb box.

I am not a new customer. I logged in, I added one item from the boutique to my basket and a new window opened asking me which subscription I want, I chose the 1 month one. After I paid, I cancelled immediately the subscription, you can do it by yourself from your account->edit account. I hope it works!

How do you beauty subscriptions work when it comes to opting out a box? Is it as simple as you don't pick any items you don't get a charged that month or do you have to actually contact them to opt out of that months box?
