Can I join in please, just yesterday had a LBM, when I looked at bank accounts and realised I'm in a worse position now than this time last year.I have enough to manage on until the beginning of September and will be working new budgets out which I must stick to.
Looking forwards to the meditation, never done it before so it may just be quiet time for me.

Welcome to you all, you have all been listed and numbered if you want to put it in your signature from Monday. moohound some larger branches of supermarkets have a box for food bank donations (usually they want tinned goods or packets, pasta biscuits, cereals, juice and uht milk). I know our Arseda and Tessimo do, we also have a small box in our local library. Many food banks are run by volunteers and are based in church premises. The Tressell Foundation runs a lot of uk ones but they also have other projects - I will put the specific link up if I find it.My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage0
