NTK Arrived on day 57?

They NTK has POPLA details on it as how to appeal, am I safe to assume it is POPLA and not IAS?
Much as I am up for the fight ( on receiving this ticket i wrote 2 very strongly worded emails to the landowner and also contacted the local press, along with many others, who ran a story and then I submitted a letter to the local paper that was published, believe me I have done my bit) BUT since then I am dealing with a very close family member in being in hospital and quite honestly I just want this sorted.
So.......final question , do I elaborate on my 'point D' stipulating I have evidence for the late arrival of the NTK and detailing what it is or do I wait and and let POPLA deal with it? Is there any chance that they would cancel it at the first appeal? I had assumed no after reading most of the stories on here.0 -
Well, as you say, you have done your bit. Popla are unlikely to consider this ground as it would mean more work for the Adjudicator to write a reply, they usually go for GPEOL, for which they already have a template. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

The Deep, forgive me my stupidity but I don't actually understand your reply?!?
To be honest with you all i wish i had just paid the thing when i got it, I have got MUCH bigger things to be worried about at the moment, i want this sorted and out of my life . I am sending the first appeal thing today. I do not understand whether the fact the NTK arrived late or not is important as people seem to think different things about whether it is worth even mentioning.
I will leave it as it is and see what happens, i might even end up paying , because quite frankly £100 for some peace at the moment would almost be worth it :-(0 -
Go back to reading the NEWBIES sticky. This explains everything, including the appeals process (to POPLA stage) and the meaning of the acronyms like GPEoL.

Trouble is you are making it much harder work than it need be. You could've just sent a one-line appeal in 2 minutes stating any old nonsense and then got on with your more important things whilst awaiting the rejection.
The legalistic stuff comes later, and frankly you will win that whether you mention the late NtK or not. The late NtK is significant but it's not the be-all and end-all you seem to be trying to make it into.Je suis Charlie.0 -
You said it was UKPS who are NOT BPA members. Please clarify - did you mean UKPC or UKCPS who are?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

On the letter and the signage it says UKPS (UK Parking Solutions)
On the letter and the signage it also says BPA, Member of the British Parking Association, Approved Operator0 -
They are BPA members - T R Luckins Limited t/as UK Parking Solutions0

Oh yes - in post #10 I did ask if it was the other UKPS (NorthWest) Ltd but got no response so was pretty confused as to who it was.
Easier to win at POPLA than at IAS so this OP shouldn't worry and can just follow the advice & use the template s in the Newbies thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

If you have too much on your plate why not think about paying £16 to the Parking Ticket Appeals chaps and chapesses (who post on this forum sometimes) to handle it and take it out of your hands?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
