Hang on. You are going all the way to a beerfest in Munich to mainly drink Scotch?
Yet you live in Glasgow, Scotland?

No Scottish person spells whisky as whiskey, unless they don't drink the pure stuff.

Lean to read. I will be spending the first 3days in Amsterdam where I will be spending more than £150/day

I can read. You are away for five nights according to the dates you list. 5 x £300 still = £1500, not £2400. Regardless of geography, the sums are the same. If you are away for longer, then you haven't given the facts.

You have only just started mentioning holiday clothes as an additional expense, so consider that people wouldn't have expected you to get new stuff to wear at a beer festival. I'd recommend something wipe-clean (to allow for the vomit and dribble).

Have a fabulous weekend away, and stop asking money-savers on the best way to obtain money to quite literally p*ss away.

It would appear that Glasgow's reputation as being full of steaming drunks is not, as I assumed, simply urban myth ;)
