I just replied via email to the email telling me they had no Shrek box set left...and asked politely why they had given me a voucher and not a refund of the difference if they had sent me goods of a lesser value. They replied promptly and refunded £2 to my credit card and cancelled my £2 evoucher. Can't really fault CD-Wow. Shrek 2 for £2.0

Wow.... I contacted them via email and they have now refunded the £2 onto my card and told me to keep the £2 e-voucher to use at a later date

I received mine last night and noticed that it was shipped from Hongkong. I wonder how they managed to ship it from Asia so quickly and for such a low price! Hey, but I am not complaining

I still have had no response to my email asking for a refund of the difference on the second DVD I ordered, and no email saying it's been dispatched. But their website now says it has been sent.
Anyone else having problems getting the £2 refunded?You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -
I hadn't had a response - I'd emailed them from their site. I emailed them today to find out if they had received the email and they said no. So I replied directly to that and got emails back almost immediatel. They have refunded my card and let me keep the voucher so got it for free!! Did try to get them to send me the Swedish one but to no avail. Didn't think they would but was worth asking just in case!!!Accepted offer on our house - Sept 2006

i recieved the email telling me that they were swapping it and they were going to send me an e-voucher but i havent recieved one!! should i email them and tell them? i got the original email this morning!0
