Shrek 2 £2.99 delivered or 1 and 2 £4.99 delivered [CLOSED]

Got this email too - a whole day after they took the money out of my account! Maybe this is because people used the discount codes to get the price down and they weren't prepared to sell at that price? Be interesting to see if they start selling the boxed 1&2 set again later on.

Still - Shrek 2 for just £2.99 isn't such a bad deal, so not complaining too much.

But I bet all those people selling these on Ebay before they received them won't be very happy!!

Ordered mine at tea time on the 9th when MrME? posted that they were back in stock! Checked on the website today and neither are in stock now - I'll have to wait and see what this e-voucher is. But I'll be sending mine back.

I don't know why CDWOW couldn't refund the difference back to our cards and have emailed them to ask them to do that for me, rather than giving us evouchers.
Does anyone know if we have to pay the postage to return these?

So has anyone got the DVD from the second batch when they came back into stock on the 9th?
I have not received an email yet but I suppose they have to get through everyone.
Will be inetersting though as if it is because of the discount codes I also ordered another DVD and will be curious if they say that is no longer available either??????

Did the double discount code route for two seperate titles seperately and received them both v. promptly ( 'Edward Scissorhands' Sat. pm, delivered this am, for eg.).
Think I'll follow the 'Credit my card Please' route though; there's always a next-time.

I have just contacted cd wow as I was also told they were only sending Shrek 2. They were great about it, they can't cancel the order however they are sending me a prepaid envelope, said sorry and that the £2 voucher issued was still mine to use! If you don't want just shrek 2 give them a call!

Sent them a snotty email and got £2 refunded to my credit card straight away. Very polite and speedy reply. I'll keep Shrek 2 as it's still a bargain at £3.
