Has anyone ordered and got this one

    http://www.bisselldirect.co.uk/bissell-powerglide-lift-off-base-2177e

I ordered it an hour before it went out of stock, just hope I get it, if I know I am not going to get one I would probably order the pet one !
We're just happy to have a home, a family and our health. Whatever else is just added and it fits. :)

Tried my C3 pet all around our house. It has fabulous suction and has picked up loads of my daughter's hairs (my only pet!). The turbo head did a fab job on the stair carpet, wooden floors were great also. x

I too ordered the C3 and have tried it and it is great. I do think the instructions are really poor though. Can anyone let me know where the turbo head is meant to slot in. All the other pieces click into place but I could not find where I was meant to fit this and every tube I tried to fit it into it just fell out!

PS I am trying to google this without much luck but have found this quote in one of their manuals which made me laugh
"Note Pet TurboBrush is designed to remove pet hair from upholstered or carpeted surfaces. It should not be used on pets." !!!

You can either take the big cleaning head off and slot it in there or take the whole pole off and attach directly to the handle, I found that really useful for cleaning the stairs and dining room chairs.
  • Our C3 had a connector tube that fits into the turbo head and lets you attach it to pipe. The connector was in box but in a separate bag to the turbo head. It is approx 10 inches long and has a slight kink in the middle. Hope that helps x

Thanks. I sorted it. I had the tube the upside down so it was not slotting in properly!

  • Mine arrived :) (I ordered the C3 Cyclonic Pet cylinder one) and it definitely has a strong suck force! My only concern is, whilst I was using it, I kept getting electric shocks every time my hand touched the metal part of the 'extension wand' :/ Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Could it be static? I don't put my hand on the metal part when hoovering but will do next time I hoover, although might not get the same results do to carpet make, foot ware when hoovering etc.

We hesitated too long and now they're out of stock :(
(and our hoover has pretty much fallen apart so we've been meaning to replace it for a while)

    Hi,
I though about it too much as well... and missed it.
Then I found a better deal of bissell vacuum cleaners in "home bargains" webpage
Sorry, as I am a newbie.. I am not allowed to put links :(

    Hope it helps!
