Hi Pollybear, I ordered late last night and didn't get an email until today saying it had been dispatched. I am sure everything is fine

Thank you I've checked my spam box and the registration email was there but the order confirmations must get done separately rather than automatically. Seems like a real bargain (I've ordered the pet one).

Brilliant!! Thanks so much - have a Dyson, but really not sure it's picking up like it should - this is an absolute bargain! I bought the pet one. I also haven't had a confirmation email, but did get a registration email...it does confirm with an order number after you pay, so I think it will all be fine Thanks again!!
