...over 59 days later than the date of PCN.

The notice to owner was dated over 28 days ago and I am looking to send an appeal now. I have looked at the appeal template on the newbies thread..is this the recommended one to use? It seems very confusing to me, and in essence, I am not clear on what it is saying.

Advice at this stage would be most appreciated.

Yes - and please, be fair - you are clear what it is saying. Tell me where there is a confusing word in it, because (sorry) there is not. Yes it's long but it's hardly rocket science saying there was no loss, they are not the landowner, the Notice arrived too late for 'keeper liability' under the POFA and the signs are crappy.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi,

I know this thread is old but was hoping you may be able to help as Ive also had a fine from them.

Received 2 tickets, March and May and both in a carpark where I have a permit to park.

Spoke to the carpark manager to said both tickets would be overturned (unfortunately this was verbally as I had no reason not to believe it wouldnt be done - stupid now I know!!)

Hadnt heard anything so assumed it had been cancelled and then received a 'outstanding parking charge notice) this week from parking collection services.

I phoned millennium and explained it was supposed to be cancelled and they told me to email them and explain what happened. I havent done this as yet as from reading the notice dont want it to be an admission of guilt.

Notice is dated 19/08 on both tickets. As this is outside of the 56 days does it mean it is invalid? (the outstanding bit confused me as Im not sure if they were trying to imply a previous notice had been sent, which it hasnt).

Just wanted to check the best route to take next?

    Any advice much appreciated :)

Start a new thread, so it doesn't get confusing in this one.
