we received a threatening letter stating that they were going to refer it to morgan knightly, however they are a firm apparently
I am sure they are 'a firm' - but connected to SIP, a fact which is not disclosed. Even if you get small claim papers this one would be very defendable you know. We helped people see off SIP in at least 4 cases I can recall last year where they issued Court papers, they clocked the forum strong defence, then ran away with their tail between their legs!

Yes you will find them by searching 'SIP Court' as keywords, I would suggest. Also I seem to recall that the omissions in the NTK were exposed in detail in at least one thread (I know these SIP letters are not compliant and a cursory glance at that front page you posted doesn't lead me to believe it's changed much, so I would suggest it's not capable of passing as a POFA 2012 compliant NTK). But it's late, you haven't shown the back, and I must get to bed! And in any case you should find the flaws written out already on last year's SIP Court threads where we saw them off and the defence points were shown in at least one post.

You just need to compare it with paragraph 8 of schedule 4 which is in simple bullet points, easy to read & compare. Linked in the Newbies thread. :)

hi all received some information today that this ppc
applied for NTK because first challenge by driver did not specifically state that they were the driver, hence the application for NTK

is this a reasonable cause, even though the first driver sent the pcn back to them, and they wrote back for parking ticket

Yes they could get the keeper's data if it wasn't clear who the driver was, such as if they got an appeal from a person who didn't specifically say so. Was the NTK received (not 'sent') received, by day 57 counting from the parking event date?
