Relief for you Eddy, but infuriating and costs not fully recovered. Poor Judgment.
yes infuriating in one sense, but as you say relief in another
surely this is a breach of some code within their practice, I will have a look, I wonder if there is a way of totalling all case re this where ppc do not turn up, and making complaint to DVLA, their ATA's or anyone else who will care to listen

Hi ALL
as was expected SIP now not complied with court judgement for costs
I know that this amount is not significant, but principle of them pursuing through court and not submitting any evidence nor attendance
just wondering what possible next steps, half of me wants to give them a taste of their own medicine, threatening letters, debt collectors, court action etc..
the other half thinks it is wasting time
However will be definitely complaining to their trade body about their practice and that they have not complied with court judgement, just wondering what action IPC would take, if any, or indeed DVLA
not holding out any hope, but good to highlight this
any thoughts?

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

cheers ukomaas
in some way it is just prolonging the hassle with this joke of a company
I will complain to their ATA, and quote their CoP about instilling consumer confidence, and make them aware of their ccj that they have
also will complain to DVLA and ask them to suspend their contract because of this non payment of judgement, as I am sure ppc's need to be above board, well you would think to request keeper details, but this is obviously not the case
