"It's all down to a rogue member of staff, lessons have been learned, and extra training has been put in place to prevent this happening again"

There is somebody who posts on a couple of parking forums who is an expert on the conduct of bailiffs. I know this is slightly different, but is it worth getting her involved?

    From their website:-

    "Training
Gordon & Noble run tailored in-house training on Scottish Debt Litigation & Enforcement.

We will take your staff through the Scottish debt recovery process, explaining ways in which your firm can maximise recoveries and make your business more profitable.

Our training fully explains the the Scottish process dispelling the myth that it is a difficult and 'foreign' process."

If you do a search of this forum you will see similar threads regarding the same sort of behavior from these clowns. So they cannot claim it's a "one off".
