It took a while for it to hit me too, but the relief will set in soon.

The OR interview is nothing to worry about, its just for the OR to get a feel why you went BR. Before the call just look through your 6.28/SOA so your familiar with what you have said. The OR will just go through your 6.28/SOA with you. Also before the call have a big mug of tea ready or a bottle of water, and while they are writing things down you can have sips of tea/water, so you don't feel you have to fill in the pauses. And if you don’t know the answer to a question just say so. Do have a list with all questions ‘you’ want to ask. Can last anything from half an hour to an hour and a half.

I was made bankrupt (I'd PG'd something for my partners business which then defaulted on payment and so I've found myself here)
So I don't have a 6.28/SOA or anything.
Waiting for the OR to make contact.
At the moment it's the reality that seemingly being a bankrupt is worse than a criminal. The repercussions last a lot longer :-)
But I know we will get through it just September next year seems a long time away!

I phoned the court yesterday to make my appointment so I should be made bankrupt on the 17th.

Not sure if I should be feeling happy/relieved/worried!

Ahhh I see, I've seen you've started a thread asking questions so hopefully more can advice and help.
I know at the moment September seems a lifetime away but it does go quicker than you think Z........honest
