I can't see a sold price of £511k on Turner Road. £410k seems to be highest price ever achieved a few weeks ago.0 -
other side of the road

looks like someone bought it at the peak of the last bubble too

It's in another postcode.
Can you not see from the photos why the £511k house might be worth more than the one for sale?0 -

and if you throw the loft onto the equation...
How can you possibly know from the information on the listing. There are only 4 photos.
If the peak was April and the 'stow was in freefall these arguments would by now be completely academic.
Maybe you should report the BOMAD money launderers at number 8?

well, personally i'd go for the cheaper one as it has a loft job. that would save about £35k. add that to the £61k saved by not buying at the peak off the bubble and you could really call yourself a money saving expert!0 -
just down the road from rodney place
they've got their marketing strategy all wrong
they need to put the price up, not down

i have a funny feeling its going to take a sub £300,000 price tag to shift this pile of excrement.
You should have bought it for £310k, that's another £40,000 you lost out on.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
