Its crazy. The same house in the where I grew up would still be going for about 40-50k. The price of living in London eh?

notice how they tried the old increase the price from £310,000 to £350,000 trick on 16/08/14.
i have a funny feeling its going to take a sub £300,000 price tag to shift this pile of excrement.

Looks like 'the old increase the price from £310k to £350k trick on 16/08/2014' worked. Sold subject to contract for £350k.

You need to bear in mind this is for a house that is truly hideous in an unpleasant area and, judging by the photos, has been occupied by tenants who don't much give a !!!! about how they live let alone worrying about the landlord's property.

If it goes through then using your own patented method of house price valuation would put it about 50% above the peak price for Rodney Place.

No wonder - it's a bonanza for sellers.

Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

Yes just ignore the fact you were wrong and move onto the next thing to be wrong about.

    patience is a virtue!
it has to complete before you can get your rocks off
no one in their right mind would go anywhere near rodney place so its probably just a cheap estate agents trick to get the market moving

Whenever you're wrong you say it's a trick. You've been tricked more times than the lovely Debbie McGee.
