Looking forward to the day Bubble gets his house. Hope we're all going to be invited to the housewarming??

Now he's looking at a 2 bed instead of 3 on his budget we'll have to draw straws for who gets to stay over.

The possibility or reality of EU QE will have precisely zero UK impact.

It could be an excuse for procrastination for a handful of procrastination-prone UK buyers though.

    what are you on??
    look at US QE

I think it's a reference to your deceased colleagues.

Diseases of wealth such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, certain cancers and the like are associated with consumption of animal proteins.

I have to admit it bemuses me that we have the highest standard of living in the world and should be wanting to live as long and as healthily as possible to soak up everything life has to offer - instead we seem to be actively trying to sabotage our health. I think bubble's a vegan.

He did say it was off topic!

What do you think the impact will be on house prices ?
Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.

    I'm on the £. Maybe you're on the €?

Surely, if you actually believe there is an imminent crash pending, you'd have to be insane to buy now!

Are you insane or are you lying about expecting a crash.

    Good question jack.
A crash might take a few years to unfold so you'd be better off waiting.
For example the crash that started in 88/89 meant the best time to. Up was 1993.

It doesn't matter as he is a savvy cash buyer and he is going to negotiate a 75% discount to asking price when he buys so will be crash proof.
