:jJust wanted to share my progress with you as an encouragement. I sent off my ESA50 with lots of additional medical evidence on 20th November for a claim that was starting on 2nd Dec. I rang ATOS today to check if they had received an additional letter I sent just over a week ago. Now that letter hasn't arrived however I was informed they had looked at my paperwork and decided I did not need a telephone call or medical and sent the paperwork straight back to benefits people. Now a decision made in under a month by ATOS sounds a real positive.0
