I gave them a ring-a-ding to find out for sure (0345 608 8545 option 3) and they've confirmed that I'm in the support group and will be for the next 12 months. Don't need to provide them with any further sick/fit notes unless they contact me.

    Huzzah!

That's great news but you need to make sure they're paying the correct amount for the support group. In total it should be approx £123 per week. This includes the £15.55 per week for enhanced disability premium.

How do I find out I'll be getting this enhanced premium? I'm in the WRAG, so not sure if I'm eligible or..?

In your other post you said you're in the Support group?? If you're in the WRAG you won't get this premium.

The woman on the phone said support group, so I'm confused. I'll give them a ring tomorrow and find out for sure.

lol ok. Your 1 post said Support Group and the other said WRAG. If you're in the Support Group they'll automatically pay you the enhanced premium without applying, which is an extra £15.55 per week.

OK, after two separate phone calls I've finally got some answers. The first phone call was with a very disinterested woman who it seemed couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. The second person was excellent and went out of her way to help. Wish I'd caught her name so I could praise her.

She confirmed I'm in the support group, gave me a break down of what money I should be getting and when. And sending me a copy of everything in the post. Finally, a reprieve.

    Thanks
