The date for the car loan, where you can switch lenders with no fees, is coming up soon too. Have you thought about seeing if you can move to a lower interest loan, since your finances are in a better state then last year.

If it makes you feel any better about the PS3 I-A, I have just bought a Quinny Zapp for my youngest, and we have 2 buggies already. I just really wanted one! Anyway, to make up for it I am selling the other buggies and am making £63 on some stuff on ebay at the moment. Oh and I did get the Quinny inc. delivery for £109 instead of £150 so I got a bargain - and they have good resale value. and it didn't go on the credit card so that was good.

  • GAAAAH I just wrote a big long update and it got deleted  stupid internet.

Anyway... this jist of what I put..

Ofsted just called. Basically they said if I want to ask them to reconsider I've got to write to their medical people as the decision isn't actually Ofsted's. Apparently they are going to review it in 3 months anyway so I can either write or wait. Probably just going to wait as I can see them changing their minds... ah well. Plus it's better to be safe than sorry in case it comes back.

Car tax is bought and paid for :D I LOVE the online service it's so much easier than going to a post office... Anyway the cars legal for another 6 months and we've got nothing else to pay out for (except a service for the car but that can wait) meaning our official debt savings are now £87.44 :T

Plus we've got £26.66 tracked in quidco... :D Can't wait til insurance renewal time!

Ste's setanta card for the freeview box has arrived today, just in time for wednesday's lads night! :D He can't wait! lol

    Men eh? :)

don't mention car insurance and quidco! I had a look for swiftcover.com while I was doing ours the other day and it said no matches found. I went ahead with swiftcover anyway coz they're cheapest, only to find yesterday they are listed as switcover! So we missed out on £45 cashback! I'm seriously annoyed!

When your car inurance is due for renewal please make sure you check prices elsewhere too not just on Quidco. I absolutely love QUidco but my car insurance was over £100 cheaper with M&S than the best quote from a Quidco insurer, so even with the cashback I was better off not using quidco ;)
House contents insurance was another matter and Barclays ended up paying me to insure my syuff for a year :D
