Been thinking (it happens sometimes!) - at the moment, you are getting £41 of shopping for £47 - would it be better to get £50 worth of shopping for £50 (stock up on something non-perishable for next week, nappies etc?).......obviously it would depend on if you have the money available for a £50 shop this week.
Sorry, I'm sure you'd already considered that, and I'm not trying to persuade you to overspend, just get the most for your money."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
My original thinking was to try and cut our weekly shop down to £40... obviously I've ballsed it up a bit lol... but considering I would've normally spent more than that plus the petrol costs... not sure which I prefer yet..lol.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Lol, sorry....bad Snaggles! :rotfl:
We tried to stick to £40 a week one month and it was REALLY difficult - £50 is doable, but £40 is really tight. But I'll be honest, if there is anyone who can do it, it's you!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Just keep plugging away at the Pigsback clicks for Boots vouchers - they're great for paying for toiletries, so that they don't have to come out of your shopping budget. Having a 'beans on toast' night once a week is good for keeping your food budget down...lol!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Their substitiutions are really good too, if they substitute something they price match it and only charge for the item you ordered ... pretty good if you order cheapy oown brand stuff and they send you branded stuff but only charge you the cheapy priceMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
