Hi I-A, just caught up with the goings on of the last couple of weeks.

Just wanted to say that although the childminding thing is maddening/upsetting right now, it is obviously just not "meant to be" for now. I am a great believer in things happening for a reason (I have obviously upset many many people in a past life, and am being made to pay for my sins with a huge debt :o ), so I would be sure that it just means that it is not right for you right now. That doesn't mean you would not be any good at it, it just means that right now is not the time for you and childminding to get together.

Either you will do this again in due course, and it will be so right. Or you will look back, having found something much better and say "thank goodness I never did the childminding thing!".

Hope you are having a good weekend. I will shut up now because I am rambling!

Well seen as i have a spare hour i have finally caught up with your new diary, you will be needing a new one soon! This one is mahussive already.

You sure have had a few downs lately hun, well done for getting the cash back from the bank :j and i also think you learnt a valuable lesson, better to go to bracnh and speak to soemone face to face. Since the banks sent the call centres to India they have gone seriously down hill. We recieved an email at work from the bank we use. It reads.
All our customer services have now gone to India! I hear you ask why? The wages we pay in the uk is £1200 per month in India it is £250 per month!!! Do they actually think we find this good?? Or do the greedy idiots not realise that we know thay are lining there already very fat pockets.

Also hun i am sorry to hear about Ofstead and the redtape. Keep your chin up hun.:grouphug:. I agree with the others, could you not get a little bar job. I love bar work and would go back into it like a shot.

Also what a cutie is Ashley, that video is fabulous. I love the innocence of kids x
You can touch the dust but please don't write in it !

Would you like to speak to the man in charge, or the woman who knows whats happening?

Oh IA, have only just caught up with how the visit went ... am so sorry for you poppet x :o
I know they have to think about the kids but it seems a bit discriminatory really, its not like you're a danger to them or anything is it??
Glad you had a good night last night, and I can't help but wonder what you're gonna be like when you're off the tablets ... you're one of the most determined people on here and you have tonnes of motivation and I bet you'd be a bloody fabulous childminder ...its their loss, big time!! x

  • Hi IA

Have you thought about anything else you'd like to do? I was wondering what you thought about nursing and you'd be a star at it I think! You are a wonderful young lady and have a lot to give.

Unfortunately PND/depression/mental health still has a stigma and many people keep very quiet about it. So well done you for disclosing it and I wish you best.

Morning! We're all fine... except for Ashli decided that she was going to play postman and posted all the cards out of my purse and Ste's money through the letterbox from the inside..:rotfl: Little cow....

Do have one slight problem though... ran out of anti d's day before yesterday and the earliest appointment I could get was tuesday.. So have instructed Ste to keep an eye out for me going loopy. Apparently the pills I'm on are designed to gradually fade away rather than having a massive drop from pills to no pills so I should be ok til tues. Why am I so crap at making appointments? Am going to ask the doc to start weaning me off them anyway because I feel fine now. Still have odd bad days but who doesn't?
