But thats less than three things a month.
    What a ridiculous policy.Bah.

No wonder I can never get rid of my cr&p; I ended up not bothering to check as so few wanted and most stuff goes to landfill now.... I work near a charity shop (they have a skip round the back they throw 90% of donations in - they need the shop floor space for the new stuff that makes the money)... I'd object far less to a limit on how much stuff you are allowed to bagsy than ask for.

Just read about your energy bills. And what a load of balls.

Ring them back ask for the refund and to stop playing stupid. Have a look at your bills over the last twelve months and see how much your bills have been in total (not direct debit payments). Then divide the total by 12 and thats probably are fair bet at how much your monthly payments should be. £76 per month sounds an awful lot to me anyway. How much has it gone up from?

    Sorry rant over!
Well the put it down from £65.50 to £55 a while back.. and wanted to put it up to £76!

I don't get it! You were paying too much in the first place so they reduced it, now you are still overpaying hence the £108 credit but as soon as you ask for it back they suddenly up it to £76!!! I think they want to keep your money for their profits. I have to agree with the other posters, demand it back then tell them you will NOT up your payments until you have had a chance to monitor you usage over the next 6 months. They have a right cheek!

    You go girl!

On a different note; I heard that to get kittens house trained quicker you should fill their litter tray with earth. Then once they manage to go in that you can then stick it out in the garden during the day with the earth and then eventually get rid of it altogether.
They won't have too many issues with gong to the toilet outside when it comes to it because they are used to the feeling of earth.
(Don't know how true it is though!

Luckily Lewis is already totally litter trained :D He's such a good little kitty... great with the girls... great with his eating and using his litter tray... the perfect kitten.

Obviously now I have just jinxed that though.

Also a kitten tip from me IA. Get your kitten used to you touching it paws as if you were cutting it nails that way you can trim them without him giving you a hard time. Mine are happy to have his cut while he is half a sleep it does not bother him. Long claws and small children is not a good combination.

I've done that, I am usually too lazy to weigh things and work out proper cost of p&p and I think the most I've undercharged for one item was £9.20. Made up for it with other things, I've overcharged several times too, the most was £7.50, that was a bit embaressing especially as I didn't refund the amount either:o .

It also depends on the amount you sell things for, if you've made a good amount on the item you can usually absorb your losses ok.
