    Just phone up their Customer Service line and ask to speak someone about it, I did that a couple of years back and they sent me a cheque quite quickly.

    Oh Sar.... ask Ste to make the account into joint names, that way you'll be able to sort it next time. I have done that with our utilities. We no longer get cheques sent, they just send a bacs credit back into our account.

    TYPICAL. Have had to cancel the request for the credit refund as they were going to put our DD up to £76 a month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    What a joke.
    Oh well.. really am going to have to get out and start busking aren't I!!!
