It doesn't sound as though you were 'way off', just slightly misunderstood the 'lay' bet - you'll have it sorted in no time! I'm dying to have a go, but am scared I'll mess it up.

  • Morning all...
    :hello:
Feeling !!!!!! this morning. Ste and I had a stupid argument over the fact that we have £4 in the bank and Ash has no nappies left. No problem as the nappies are £3.97 in asda but Ste took the morning off as I had a drs appointment and I didn't have enough to get them from our local co-op.

The quidco money which I was expecting to be in today wasn't it.. and now it says scheduled payment ~October 07..
Oh well.. I'll get it when I get it.

Looks like we're taking the tv back to tesco. It's got a small fault where basically it likes to change channels when you're playing the 360 so Ste's got a refund/exchange code.

I've already put forward the idea of using the money to pay off debt and get a little tv which will do for the meantime so we can save for a better one but no dice... oh well. Can't say I didn't try.

On Quidco I thought I was going to get £60 this month (£288 tracked/validated) and it looks like £1.57 instead.....:rotfl: Good thing it is free money or I'd be put out.

FWIW my quidco £9 didn't go in this morning, we had to spend £38 on a new battery for the car and Miserable Bollox is, well, a miserable bollox :p

I'm gonna go and cheer myself up now with some diet fish & chips ;) <coz I'm skicing off work>
