Could you compromise?
Get the refund.
Buy EXACTLY the same sized telly or nearest model. This will be cheaper than when you bought it. Use the difference to pay for HALO3 debt.
So Steve still has his telly and his new game but hasn't got you into spending extra money that could be spent on Barclaycard and you have satisfaction of paying off HALO3 and using the telly while he's at work.0 -
I only paid £530ish (once quidco payout) for my 40" samsung lcd from debenham's should have been close to £900. If I was you i'd get the money back and then hold on till you can save the rest and get either a lcd or plasma - (think lcd are better but can't remember why)DEBT FREE 23/FEB/07 TWO YEAR's!! £2 £1020.00 Banked New total £268+ and counting SAVINGS 3000.00- ISA £30. :j0

How strange! I was looking at TV's this morning.. Bunny I might speak to you about getting me a tv soon:rotfl:
What I can tell you about Quidco is although they give an estimate of when they are going to pay out, they very rarely do. They are giving an estimate of when they are going to get paid and if they don't then they don't pay you.
But if you click on the payment tab on the last day of the month it will tell you what you are definitely going to get paid. It then goes into the bank on or around the third working day of the month....

I think it depends if you like football (the lcd/plasma debate). Good Housekeeping mag did an article on it a few months back. Will be years til I can afford one anyway.
IA...I'd give you a hug if I could work out where the emoticons are xx0 -
Sar,
Quidco send the payments out on the 1st of the month, but it takes around 3 days for the money to arrive in your account. You should have it by the end of the week.Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
