IA, you were on about mobiles the other day and my contract is coming to an end. I have been offered 500 mins and 100 texts for £25 a month on a 12 month contract and a free phone upgrade. Is there any website where I could get the same deal but get cashback. I don't think there is but if you never ask you never find out.

Ste went through dial a phone.. £60 cashback through quidco... free phone... £70 cashback from dial a phone, free nintendo wii and wii sports game, 400 mins and 500 texts for £30 a month on o2. 18 month contract but considering all the freebies you're getting it's worth it! Also if you do decide to go with them get Ste to refer you and we'll split the £20 referral with you... :)

IA - re the nursery, when I went back to work my nursery req'd £150 dep & 1st months fees which obv I didn't have. So they let me pay the fees weekly and pay bit more each week to build up the deposit, might be worth asking if yours could do this? I wouldn't have been able to go back to work either if they hadn't done this.

Also I have 2 vouchers for extra 150 clubcard points when you by tesco super fit nappies - if you want them PM me with your addy x

  • I was SO close to going and having my hair done at the hairdressers yesterday. Was just so fed up as I haven't had my hair properly done (except for the wedding) in around 3 years. BUT it was going to cost £50 even for a Junior stylist to do it how I wanted it so instead I went to Asda and bought some black and red dye and redid my hair.

    and here's the results :)

Excuse the dodgy pic as obviously I normally wear glasses, I was sans make up and the sun was in my eyes (and check out those bags!!!)! lol. I LOVE how my hair has come out anyway and if you compare £10 for the dye to £50+ to hair it done at a hairdressers there's no contest!! Took ages to do but was so worth it. Also treated myself to a £3.50 necklace while I was there (The one in the pic)... :)

On the sadder side of things it's 2 years to the day that mum died.... I don't really know what to say apart from that I can't believe it's been 2 years...*sigh* Miss her as much today as I did when she first died...
    Missing you mum xxx
