    Yes those are points to add to the paragraph about no keeper liability because the second condition of Schedule 4 of the POFA (paragraph 8) has not been met.

    And please, surely you would have realised - you really need to EDIT your first post. The arguments about a dodgy NTK are for the keeper to argue and the driver must not be identified...
