Pigpen - have a good time!
Natty - thank you for the thread
I've been to the supermarket and put all the food away, and helped DD with her spelling (trying to sort words with ee from words with ea - why is english so difficult?). I 've also disinfected the bread bin - the bread keeps going mouldy even before it hits the best before date.
Just printing off todays list - hope to tackle a fair amount this afternoon - DD has a friend coming and the plan was to go and play Adventure Golf but the forecast is rain so I think they are going to watch a DVD which leaves me with at least some time this afternoonMay spend - £291.40/£320.00

Morning all
Have taken car to be repaired - cross with myself because I could have bought a dayrider on the first bus but bought one on the second so a bit saved. I have to go into town then on past the hospital to pick it up.
Been on market and bought some fruit and veg. Used a 20% off voucher in Marks to buy new undies - 3 for 2 then even more off! Woot. Had two vouchers so gave the other one to the lady in front of me and she saved £7 on her shopping! Paid a cheque in for mum.
On the bus back I had to move because the man in front of me smelled unpleasant - ugh! Upshot was I eneded up chatting to the PG girl on the back seat so that was nice - what with chatting to the people at the first bus stop and the lady on the market - who jokingly offered me a job because I selected almost exactly 2lb of apples (home grown and fresh picked Discovery so varying sizes) it's been a friendly day!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Hi all!
Went MIA as I was decorating. Been trying to keep the house reasonably presentable (read: mad days here and there cleaning up and getting all the laundry done) and the actual decorating is going slowI'm up to painting the ceiling. I've already done it once but it's gone on that patchy I need to do it again. I'm hoping the tin of pink to white paint I have lurking will be enough to even it all out. I also need to go and buy wood from the builders at the top of my road to fix a few shelves/fire surround. But before I can get on with the decorating I need to have a bath, pay bills, order DDs school shoes, sort a Mr A delivery out, paid stuff to do and I have lots of other things which are scrawled on my to do list.
I probably won't be back here this week but will be with you in spiritLaters
