  • I just googled 'join consumer pulse' and found a valid sign up link in a forum post to join.

  • I always get infuriated when every survey I try to complete screens me out after about ten minutes of filling in my details!

But I guess looking at it as an extra that I do while watching the telly does make it seem less of a trial!
  • I keep getting screened out of onepoll lately, it's so annoying, I had about £3.50 worth of surveys on my homepage and didn't get to do one of them!

  • Back again! I still haven't managed any surveys but its on my list of things to do :D

Today, for a change I'm going to praise Eb*y's customer service. I started reading their discussion boards the other night and it seems a lot of people are experiencing a lack of sales at the moment. Someone mentioned a new search engine is taking into account defects when producing search results, so I checked my Seller's Dashboard and saw seven defects, three of which were completely unfair.

I think a few sellers must have got the same idea because it took me 90 minutes, but I managed to get 3 defects removed by a very helpful lady :T

One buyer had left me feedback praising the items as "just as described" and thanking me for "fast delivery" but had left me a 1 or 2 on the stars. Its definitely worth checking, just in case it does affect where your items appear on searches. I'll definitely be checking mine regularly. I'd also recommend not deleting your messages straight away as the nice lady I spoke to this morning said that customer services always check correspondence when sellers query defects or unfair feedback.

Having said that, I sold one item on Tuesday and then nothing till this morning when I sold one more item I've had for ages. I'm having a coffee break now before I start listing again in the hope that new stock will generate some interest.

On the money saving front, I got paid yesterday and most of it will be gone by Monday once I've paid all the bills :rotfl: If I don't laugh I'll probably cry!!

We did the shopping last night and should be ok now for a couple of weeks. Not a lot else to report really - still haven't had the heating on and its almost October!

We're off out for a meal tonight, nothing fancy but I think we deserve a treat sometimes.

Hope everyone else is having a lovely weekend x
