Vodaphone misselling me Data useage

Sounds like the text wasn't from Vodafone.
I believe My Vodafone allows you to check your monthly usage. It should show you the times when mobile data was used and how much data was used during each session. Perhaps that will shed some light on things.0 -

I don't know if you have had a resolution but I have had the same thing happen to me over the last 7 days.
I had one text on 24 Aug which I was assured by the Vodafone Live Chat "must have been a technical error" as their records clearly showed I still had 5GB of allowance left.
I have now had two more in the last 12 hours, despite me still having 4GB of allowance left.
Vodafone's EFT195 team are apparently going to look into it for me.Signaller, author, father, carer.0
