Yes some dogs do just keep pulling on a head collar with a twisted head. That's why you need to do training in conjunction whatever you attatch your lead too.
I'm not a fan of Mr CM. No need to be giving any dog a boot. Positive reinforcement will work, you just need time & patience. x
