I do not envy anyone on the property ladder it is much more difficult to climb than it used to be.

Ive found the house builder we're looking at to be quite pushy so far (I know they're a business and have to make money), they wanted to put our house on the market this month for a house we'd be moving in to in Feb :eek:
I wasn't comfortable with being pushed around so im happy we can't use their incentives now

We don't have any credit as such bubbs. We do have a credit card we use for online purchases and pay it off each month, have done for at least 2 years now and that was thanks to the MSE. :T0 -
