Hopefully sitting tight you will be in a much better position next year. ;)

    Im not actually that upset.
Ive found the house builder we're looking at to be quite pushy so far (I know they're a business and have to make money), they wanted to put our house on the market this month for a house we'd be moving in to in Feb
I wasn't comfortable with being pushed around so im happy we can't use their incentives now :)

We don't have any credit as such bubbs. We do have a credit card we use for online purchases and pay it off each month, have done for at least 2 years now and that was thanks to the MSE. :T
