My favouritest is Nouvelle but only at half price.
We use basics from sainsburys or tesco. Love them.

Are the basics ones any good? I always thought they'd be......well.......erm

  • I always buy the Tesco basic, the rolls are miles long and it's ideal with our old pipes and septic tank. I gave found other basic brand rolls have hardly anything on them.
  • I prefer the Nicky ones from Savers or B&M, they work out cheaper than most basics brands, and though I haven't tried, I suspect they are, better quality

  • Another fan of Nicky, I get them in home bargains or jtf. Although they are cheap I do occasionally wonder if a little bit of its a false economy as I use more than I would of quilted velvet or andrex for example.

I buy the pretty white ones from M&S that are perfumed and have little aqua coloured seahorses and shells on them....sorry!
Not cheap but such good quality they last longer than the cheap, thin alternatives.

Which department? I have been looking in several branches of M&S but couldn't see them.

    Poke-throughey? :p
The lidl ones were. My usual are fine, I use three instead of two sheets of posh stuff, but price wise I save lots.

A good deal, but it's a pity that it's from a company with such an awful reputation.
If you fold it in half, will an Audi A4 fit in a Citroen C5? :)

Will have a look out for these at Nisa, I tend to buy 18 rolls for £3.95 usually, but this works out much better value.
