I ditched Orange last month because of signal issues ..
Basically, I ranted with c/s that the signal had *deteriorated* over the last months
It turned out that they had decommissioned one of the masts in our area - if you dig deep, you can find that several thousand have been decommissioned!
I asked for a 'signal box'
they said they didn't guarantee indoor signal
I asked why they made signal boxes!
Ummm?
Can I have one?
Sorry, we are out of stock! Ring back in 6 weeks!
I said this was unacceptable, so they gave me three options ...
1) Half price line rental for the remainder of my contract.
2) A signal box in 6 weeks
3) My PAC
I took option 3 - good riddance to them - and went to Three0 -

Yeah our signal's deteriorated pretty shockingly here - someone else had told me they'd turned a mast off locally. I'm just biding my time as my contract's nearly up anyway and the signal's fine out of the dead spot our house is now in - just advise people to ring me on the landline (which I generally ignore anyway - double bonus!)Little miracle born April 2012, 33 weeks gestation and a little toughie!0
