Well, now I'm at work and have plenty of time to kill, I can tell you that (according to Wikipedia) it released on the same dates on PC and PSX. The only things exclusive to the Sony version were the loading screens.

My memory was that it definitely didn't launch on Nintendo or Sega consoles.
