I took a new 12 month sim contract out yesterday i asked if 08 numbers and voicemail were included to which i was told no.

In my plan features it says '1000 minutes.
Your minutes are from the UK to all major UK networks, voicemail and landlines starting 01, 02 and 03'

It says voicemail is included. i then found a pdf priceplan and it shows it as excluded from simo contracts but it says 08 numbers are included!

i'm baffled, can anyone shine any light on what is included or not in new simo contracts

Also, i've been told by friends that you get charged when calling 150, i never even thought of asking about that. is it true?

I don't see where you are confused. PDF states the Voicemail is included and that 08** are not.

It also states that you pay for calling Customer Services, but not 150 per se. You will be told during the call as to whether you will be charged.
Though I don't see how they are going to charge you if they call via their geographical number and they certainly cannot if you use your home phone to call their geographical number.

That PDF says the opposite. That 08 is excluded and voicemail is included.

Also says CS is now charged 25p off peak and 50p peak.

T-Mobile keep changing their price plans way too much. There is a similar document dated May 2014 which has the opposite true. This one dated August 2014 seems to be the right one though.

This is the one dated 28th of May 2014 which contradicts the above-

But as I said above. The one you posted says August 2014.

Although why anyone is still signing up to T-Mobile tariffs I'll never know.

They are such poor value compared to others.

my bad, i read it wrong.
so if i ring 150 to speak to someone about my contract i'll be charged! hopefully there'll be no need to though

The guy in the shop told me to get voicemail switched off as i'll be charged for them, the pdf contradicts his knowledge.

how can i find out for definite? i don't really want to start ringing 150 to speak to someone if it's chargeable.

The reason for staying on the EE network is i live in a zero coverage area, none of the networks offer this little rural welsh village any coverage. Orange handed out signal boxes when i had my last contract. So my hands are tied, unless i buy a signal box from another network, but that's added cost and my fone wont work in friends homes as most of my mates have them.

Just call their geographical number from your home phone. Can be found at Say No to 0870

Register online. T-Mobile show your recent usage. Either way, if you have a copy of the PDF, T-Mobile won't have a leg on which to stand.
