Exactly you are getting it.
ah, the penny has finally dropped
i thought prices were falling but its actually parents selling houses to their children for below the marker rate
that must be the explanation for this one

So everything you link to showing that prices are falling all links are valid but links that show prices rising prove nothing because the sold price was less for some reason. You are being very selective and that shows just how blinkered you are.0 -

pot?
kettle?
i'm showing you that houses are coming on for lower asking prices than a previous house on the street sold for.
you make some legitimate criticisms e.g. number of bedrooms and some ridiculous ones e.g. it sold for less before the current kite fly.
lets set out our positions for clarity.
i'm saying that march, april, may was the peak of the london bubble and prices in london are now falling.
do you agree?0 -

I really don't know and will wait to see sold figures later all I am say is that the links prove nothing.0 -

You also showed us one that was sold for £200k as recently as April and is currently up for £325k.
I don't think much of your methodology for proving the bubble has burst.0 -

fair dinkum
i'll try to start a thread stating my position (don't know correctionists are allowed to on this site), gather some evidence and you guys can try to pick holes in it
of course, i could do this on hpc but everyone would agree and that wouldn't be much fun0 -

That's how it works here but you can't dismiss everything that doesn't support your view. What's your view on 25 Clifton road.0 -

its unusually cheap for a walthamtow house
maybe it had structural problems
evidence of damp
