Sold for 340k 5 months ago, up for OIEO 390k now...... Are you now arguing that prices are rapidly increasing??? I don't know point you're trying to make??? Seriously though, it isn't healthy to believe this is evidence of a crash.... I hope you're ok.0 -

So it I put a 2 bed up for sale at less than a 3 bed sold for a couple of months that shows a fall are you mad.0 -

Here's a top housebuying tip for you: smaller houses tend to sell for less than bigger houses on the same street.
