same advice as in posts #2 and #3 and #7 and #10 (plus all the other replies)

did you not read them ?

get 5 popla codes and appeal each and every one using advice from here with the best popla appeal letter we can make, then beat them 5 times with the same popla appeal and cost them fives times £27.50 + vat so over £150 and you pay nothing

so have you got 5 popla codes ?

if so, check them for expiry in post #3 of the newbies thread, also using that post to find a good popla appeal to adapt in notepad

Let them try and take you to Court.

Take a recording of the laughing policeman with you, and when they start trying to justify their ridiculous claims, press 'play'.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

Good news that you have 5 POPLA codes. The appeals really aren't that daunting.
Do a search for VCS and find a recent appeal for a free car park that has been sent off and adapt.

Remember you only have to do one and send it off 5 times!

you havent said if you have checked them and proved they are valid and the expiry dates are about 28 days from now ?

the more info you give back, the better, especially when asked to do so

sounds like mitigation so I cannot see popla needing that info although it can be added to the appeal, but your appeals will only win on legal arguments , not mitigation

so find the recent popla appeal DEE pointed you at finding, adapt it in notepad and post on here for checking , minus personal info

You will not often catch me wholeheartedly recommending PoPLA appeals but in this instance I'd love to see this cost VCS £150.

Find a letter, hack it about, and post it up. Don't worry about getting it perfect 1st time, we'll help. Just get on with it before the PoPLA codes go off!

I would adapt this recent one listed as
VCS windscreen ticket case (Summer 2014 version quoting Mr Greenslade of POPLA)

in the popla appeal examples linked in post #3 of the newbies thread

alter it to suit your own circumstances

change it from appellant to keeper as directed by coupon mad

    remove all instances of
I therefore respectfully request that my appeal is upheld and the charge dismissed.
apart from the very bottom one, leave that in

then proof read it in notepad, then copy and paste on here for critique

leave out the personal info at the very top for now, no pcn number, no popla code etc

well, in that case you have done one-tenth of what was asked of you

    5 popla references = 5 verifications

it also equates to 5 expiry dates too, even if they are all the same

so thats 10 check boxes to tick

and then draft your popla appeal using the VCS permit example
