Hello Everyone,
Just received this letter (2 same letters dated 24th Sep and 25th Sep) from QDR solicitors and asked me to respond in 30 days and I do not have much time left now. Could anyone here please tell me if I should respond to this letter or not? QDR has sent this on behalf of ZZPS and not Saba.0 -
Treat it as a formal LBC and follow the advice in post 2 of the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum
Why ?
Because it mentions 30 days and includes financial forms , hallmarks of a true LBC
The main thing is to email the SAR to the PPC to their DPO to gather your data , which can be done anytime , but prepare for a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton , by reading other recent court case threads on here
Do not use their forms !!!2 -

coupon-mad stated on page 1 of this thread - "4. Debt collectors like Debt Recovery Plus or ZZPS or TNC cannot litigate." Does this mean that ZZPS can not take me to court (even by using QDR), only Saba can?
Thanks.0 -
They can try, you would havea very good argument why theyre not able to .
But dont post further here.2 -
Let them take you to court where they might struggle as many judges regard this particular claim as a waste of court time, read this,

Hi I appealed and gave my name as the driver in an honest law abiding way as I had an elderly infirmed relation in a wheelchair with me In a narrow car parking space, i needed a little more room to get her wheelchair out and went over the bay lines, this was all before I heard about your site. I have now received my first debt recovery letter, please could you point me to the thread on your site of what to do next.0

hi all, so before I found this forum and these posts, I rang a debt collector about a missed PCN when I managed to recover mail from an old address (noted to update my V5C and not just my driving license!). This particular unpaid PCN is still in debt collector letter stage, I havent yet received anything titled 'letter before claim'. Have I screwed up the rest of the process on the newbie sticker by calling them?0

Just forget this and get on with tackling your main issues the n number of parking tickets you've accumulated by starting a new thread of your own. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

ok troops maybe I can’t see the wood for the trees here, but I’ve clicked on the clicky link thinking I would find a form or wording to send to these idiot debt collectors or something pointing me in the correct direction and I land on this page, can someone keep me right please?0
