Parking charge notice issued - can I appeal?

Morning. I was wondering if the letters I composed were adequate before I send them off?
Thank you0 -
I would add " and to make the appropriate sanction points on their record".0

Thank you for your advice.0

Well, this morning I received a letter from the AOS investigations team at BPA advising me that due to an IT error letters were sent to me without responding to my original appeal letter and on that basis the notice has been cancelled. Without MSE I would not have written to BPA and neither would I have relied on legal facts rather than mitigation circumstances that led me to park in that area. So thank you to all who held my hand through this process. Husband will be relieved and impressed that it went in my favour in the end. THANKYOU!!!!!!0

Would also like to add that I do wonder if if I had not kept the proof of postage whether the receipt of my appeal would have been acknowledged????Nevertheless was able to send a copy
to BPA so happy with the result...Now what do I spend that saved £110 on??????0 -
Well done! I reckon the proof of postage swung it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
