                    Hello there,
First time poster!!!!
I have just been issued with a Parking Charge Notice. I know that company that the space relates to and also know they are not open on a Saturday and have parked there many time before at the weekends. However, today I was issued with a Parking Charge Notice by a man in an unmarked white van.
I was parked off road in the first parking space. I have today however notices that at the far end of this area are two notices which I assume states that without a permit you cannot park in this area anymore at ANY time. I did not read it as I was so livid. It is however, quite some diastase away from where I parked my car. On the Parking charge notice he has stated that I parked on St Andrew Road. I was not on St Andrew Road, I was parking in a bay off St Andrew Road. He also stated my car is Grey and my V5 form states it is cream.... Do I have any grounds to appeal. The ticket was issued on the basis I had no permit displayed. Look forward to hearing from you all!!!!!!

depends ; is it is council or a private PPC ?
if private, who is the PPC ?
if private, have you read the NEWBIES sticky thread ?0

The ticket was issued by Enforcement and Security Services so a private company. They have BPA, PCI, DSS, PESS and ico on their ticket. Will look at Newbies now. Thanks!0

That could be correct. The top of my ticket is ripped off...he must have seen me coming!!!!!!!
I cannot locate the area you have referred me to.
Do you think I have a case to appeal?
 On three grounds:
 Location of vehicle?
 Signage?
 Vehicle information?
Today was not a good day - two parking tickets ;-(0

Two parking tickets? Who was the other one from?
You must appeal each independently even if from same person.
And wait for notice to keeper for each.

The other one was from the council. Got caught short and ran to McDonalds to go to the loo . Parking restrictions started at 8.30. he recorded me at 8.35 to 8.37. I thought it was 3 mins they had to wait????.0

Ah now for that one you need to go over to https://www.pepipoo.com and post on the council ticket forum, posting photos of both sides of the ticket and ask for help with that one.
I don't know if you wait for NTKs for council tickets or not as I know nothing about these and their appeals so get over there post haste!Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking.
