£325k for that horrid house. There is no bubble!

    £350k for this ugly crap????

Property Bee is great. There are so many arrogant EAs that don't understand it and where you get the price drop info from. And they get huffty puffty when you tell them about the price drops on their properties.

its interesting how they bumped the price up by £40k after it didn't sell at the open house day
looks like they "undervalued" it to get some interest and it backfired
or possibly the open day didn't take place for some reason and they've been inundated with interest so had to put up the price

    forget brixton
    too middle class
    EAST EAST EAST LONDON!
    better value
    crossrail coming soon too
  • I just feel sad looking at the Rodney Place one (Well named; "This time next year Rodney, this time next year") The public are just so so stupid, and the bankers totally criminal. Tragic what the UK has become.

it does amaze me that they keep finding mugs to pay these prices
i can imagine that while the buying process is going through they're hunched over their lap tops (like we are now) checking how much they've "made" on zoopla

how long have you been using property-bee?
since i discovered it (whilst trolling HPC) around april/may the number of price reductions has steadily increased from under 10% of entries to over 20% in my target areas today
where there many reductions in the first quarter?

I have been using property bee for about 3 years now. I absolutely love the faces that EAs pull after veiwing the property and telling them about the price drops on that property. Priceless!

I never did the percentages thing. I remember back then when a massive amount of people would be booked in on a Saturday open day and then 10+ offers were put in on Monday at well well over asking price. Ridiculous. I hope those people suffer!

    But now, nothing.

Did this detailed knowledge enable you to get your offers accepted?

It's handy for detailed analysis of target houses but that's about all.

After all the average price in Lambeth was £340k three years ago and over £500k in June 2014.

So just a bit of sport with EA's.

Why do you want people who outbid you to suffer?
