    Whilst I agree we're not seeing prices crash and London property is still very expensive, I do think we're seeing an end to the ridiculous over-valuations that were prevalent at the beginning of the year.

    I wouldn't get too excited about £90k off. It's still £110k more than the last flat in the same building went for in January.

    don't know whats happening in south london but this will be a good one to follow to see how the market is changing.
    it didn't sell in april when everything was selling regardless of the price so i expect the price has further to fall.

    Very true. The question of course, is what this one eventually sells at. I suspect it will come down a fair bit more yet before findnig a buyer. But as you say, even if it sells at £400k (which is itself insane for that much space in that area, but that's another discussion), it is still quite a rise from the beginning of the year.
