You can't determine a bubble by the level of prices alone.

Nope, it's hard to say what they are doing without some serious analysis, I doubt either of us are prepared to do that, posting links to "rightmove' doesnt count as serious analysis
From a brief glance one might rightly or wrongly conclude that asking prices are moderating after a massive increase..... I couldn't say firmly one way or the other.0 -
