Have you not yet grasped that you're not proving prices are falling and I've not proven they've risen. This type of analysis is close to random.

You've noticed something you've not noticed before (people tend to fly kites when first marketing a property) and are now giving it undue attention. It's another bias that probably has a name.

in april people were achieving those kite prices.
and now on this street the kite flying is currently £30k below the last sold price.
not looking good, is it?

I don't deny there's a bubble and I don't deny the possibility of house prices falling.

I do however strongly believe that you are in some way broken.
