As I am sure you know, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to prove a negative.

Yes, you have misunderstood. Posters on here may offer opinions, but provision of legal advice is only available from members of the legal position. As you yourself have pointed out, this costs money, but you say you want "legal facts" so start saving up.

I'll give you positive advice - I charge £325 an hour. Alternatively you could take that chip off your shoulder and thank wealdroam et al for their helpful advice and move on.

I see its a place where people speculate & offer opinion on something they know nothing about! Thereby misleading and offering harmful advice!

I do agree with you i was simply requesting useful factual advice from people that knew what they were talking about!

Anyone now searching for the answer to this question now has to trawl through pages of worthless responses! You clearly have nothing better to do and i find myself with a spare hour on a Sunday afternoon squabbling with you about it.

you clearly were annoyed at my response as i am to foolish money grabbing people that say things like "It's not their job to teach you" & if i wanted to drag it through the courts making lawyers rich this would clearly be a stupid place to ask for advice on how to save time and money!
